1. Why do I have to take traffic school?

By attending traffic school, you have a great opportunity not to have points added to your driving record. Thus your insurance rates will not increase.

2. How often can I take traffic school?

In state of California, Department of Motor Vehicles allows a motorist to take traffic school once within 18 month period unless ordered by judge otherwise or special circumstances exist. In State of Virginia a motorist is allowed to attend traffic school only once every two years.

3. Do I take the course all at one time?

No. You are given an opportunity to log in and log out at any time. Just do remember to write down the log-in information so you can log back in. Also, once you logged back in, you are taken to the place where you left off. So, not to worry, all the progress of the coursework has been saved.

4. Do I need an email address to register?

It is highly recommended that you have an email address, since you will be receiving email confirmations about your registration and completion of the course.

5. How can I contact my court jurisdiction?

Usually necessary paperwork given to you associated with traffic violation would contain the contact information for your court.

6. When will I receive my certificate?

Once the student has successfully completed final exam, a Certificate of Completion is processed. Certificate is processed the same day if a student has finished the traffic school course by 4 pm PST. Standard mail usually will take 2 to 5 business days depending on destination. Certain court jurisdictions enforce the rule that Certificate of Completion is to be sent out directly to the court where as other courts require it to be faxed or mailed. Upon your registration you will be notified of a required certificate delivery.

7. When can I start taking the course?

A student can enroll any time, any place with an internet connection, 24/7. That's the advantage of taking a class on the web, where you can work around your hectic schedule and take it at your own pace and convenience.

8. How do I know if your web based program is approved my court jurisdiction?

Usually upon selecting the desired county and court jurisdiction within your state, you will be notified if your court jurisdiction or Department of Motor Vehicles has approved our school or if it is in the pending status.

9. What if I am running out of time to complete the traffic school by the due date?

In these circumstances, you would need to contact your court either in person or by phone and request an extension. Be aware, not all courts grant an extension. That's why it is recommended to keep in mind the due date of your traffic school completion.

10. Can I change my registration information?

Yes you can. Once you have initially entered your registration information, you can modify/update it at any time once you have logged in.

13. How long does the course last?

The course length usually varies from state to state. For technology based online traffic schools, it is mandated by court system to provide an 8 hour long reading material. Yet, keep in mind, that every student has his/her own pace to read and learn the materials, so results may vary. The average time it takes to complete the course is estimated at 4 to 6 hours. But, remember, you can always log out and log back in as many times as you like and you course progress will be saved.

14. How can I pay for the course?

15. What are my delivery options?

We utilize various delivery options. Yet, the course price already includes the regular mailing of the certificate or electronic delivery of the certificate to the court.
Regular Mail Delivery usually takes from 3 to 5 business days. Other delivery options that available are Certified Mail Delivery, Two-day Mail Delivery, Overnight Mail Delivery, Overnight Morning Mail Delivery and Saturday Mail Delivery.

16. Do you send my certificate directly to the court?

Each state, county or court has specific requirements for the processing of certificates. In most cases, we send the certificate directly to the court via Electronic method. 17. I need another copy of my certificate. How do I get one?

If you have lost your certificate or it contains incorrect information, you may contact us to request another copy of the certificate. The cost for the reissue of the certificate is $4.95.
